Need Help Crafting an Experience Letter for My Career Growth in Telecom Industry

I require some assistance with an experience letter. I was working for 2 years with a cellular/telecommunications company. I need the format of a professional experience letter.

My services began as a CSR. After 6 months, I was elevated to the position of Team Coordinator, and 6 months after that, elevated to Team Leader. I held the position of Team Leader for 1 year until I resigned from the company after serving for 2 years overall, i.e., 6 months as CSR, 6 months as a Team Coordinator, and 1 year as a Team Leader as I was moving out of my country.

I'd greatly appreciate your help.
