How Can We Make a 3-Hour Training on Cultural Differences Engaging for Airport Staff?

Dear All,

We are supposed to conduct a training session for a group of employees who are working at an airport to educate them about:
- What is culture?
- How is it formed?
- How do they differ?
- How to accept the differences?

Please provide me with any PowerPoint (PPT) or video or some activity to be conducted so that we can make the session more interesting for them. The session is expected to be three hours long.
