I just saw your post and it was very informative. With all your expertise and experieince i guess you will be the person who can help me out. I just need your suggesstion on my career front.

I have done my 10+2+ 3 years diploma in computer science and have done some certificate courses on HR and recruitment. I have got around 6 years of experience out of which 3 years are into background screening in client relations or client account management - operations. Off late i dont see any future in verification industry due to various reasons.

I would like to get into HR, but due to my qualification and irrelvant experience, iam not able to get into HR. I struggled hard to come out of verification industry, just to find a job again in HR services company, but not into verifications, where i tuk a hit on my salary as well as designation.

Iam luking for a good offer where my talent are utilized properly and paid accordingly. Kindly advice me what i should do in this situation and how to come out of it.

My skill sets: Background verification, client relations and client account management, Recruitment and knowledge about computer hardware as well as MS-Office.

Am a Final yr MBA student.

I am working as an hr manager, we have AGM meeting in dec where i have to present introduced polices and induction manual. i am new to this organization and no existing polcy is there i hv to creat everything new although i am working on that but please help me if you can.my bosses are very negeative they never appriciate my work so in this condition i very nervous how to do. please help me.
