Hello Preeti,

The form is okay, but there is a scope of improvement in the "for office use only" section. You can separate the leaves availed and balance leave as per the types of leave you have in your company.

Dear All,

Is it necessary to have a section for office use in the leave application form? I ask because all the leave details are maintained in soft copies with the Admin/HR team.
