Seeking HR Career Advice: How Can I Grow in Recruitment and Employee Relations?

hedonyx
Hello,

I am an HR professional with 1.2 years' work experience as a software engineer with Infosys Technologies Limited. I am currently on the verge of completing my P.G.D.M. (Human Resource Management) at Stansfield School of Business, Chennai. This is a one-year program conducted in Chennai and Singapore.

I recently completed an internship at Polaris Software Lab Ltd. where I was primarily involved in recruitment & selection. I have also briefly worked as an HR Executive at a recruitment consultancy in Chennai.

I am looking to pursue a career in HR in a company that has a high level of commitment towards its people and would provide me a commendable learning ground over the next few years. Some areas I am particularly interested in are Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations, Performance Appraisal, and Training & Development.

For further details regarding my work history, education, etc., please refer to my resume enclosed herewith. I am looking to gain substantial experience in HR over the next few years and would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide me in this regard.

Thanks.
