HR for newly joined ppt is very good and summarises the basics weel. Thanks for sharing. The FIVE zip files did not open - so I am not able to comment on the same.
I was wondering if - consideing the indian Scenerio - one could list down the laws / acts which a HR guy should know. This would help every one to at least have a better appreciation of Indian Laws which an employee should also understand.
Any one who has this list and can share it with the form would be a great contribution.

Dear Mahesh - I would love to have the 5 ZIP files you posted - but as many people have advised, these do not open and there are errors - may be due to large size of the files. Could you post the various ppt's separately and not zipped!
