HR for newly joined PPT is very good and summarizes the basics well. Thanks for sharing. The five zip files did not open, so I am not able to comment on the same.
I was wondering if, considering the Indian scenario, one could list down the laws/acts which an HR professional should know. This would help everyone to at least have a better appreciation of Indian laws, which an employee should also understand. Anyone who has this list and can share it with the forum would be a great contribution.
