I am working on drafting a policy on Employee Retention Strategies with special emphasis on NON-IT sector. Can anyone be kind enough to throw some light on these strategies. Please keep in mind that these strategies should not result in mindboggling expenditure which in turn will ultimately hike the manpower costs for any company. It should be something to do with the attitude or psyche of an employee.
