Hi Brinda,
The travel policy can be defined according to different levels in your organization. You can define these levels as upto Engineers, Sr. Engineer to Asstt. Manager, Manager and above, likewise. This will help you further at the time of reimbursements also.
You may then mention out various classes for each of these level for travel through air, train, bus, taxi etc. The maximum and minimum level can be set accordingly.
