Is Distance Education As Equal Value To Regular Education ??

Let us know all of us, that Distance Education as an a equal value to Regular Education ?? Lot of Companies today they prefer full time course for Maters Degree .Than how for corrects to take a distance education?? Specially in HR field .

If you are a MBA graduate, then u go for distance; it will count. If you want to do MBA distance, it may not be usefull in you carrer.
If you are on a higher position, its difficult to go education, then your 1st preference should be distance not regular.
The answer changes according to different context.

Virtual Education is better in the event that you have sufficient learning about the subject and you need with the degree just or you need to have just degree regardless of information. Assuming that you need to increase the subject information, the standard study is an absolute necessity.
