Terminating an Employee: Do We Provide Experience or Relieving Certificates?

paramdeep kaur
Hi All,

Could you please let me know if an employee's services are terminated, do we provide him/her with an experience/relieving certificate? Additionally, could you also provide some sample formats for these certificates?

Thank you in anticipation.

Regards,
