There are a few top law firms in GGN now because of the major giants' companies having shifted their base to GGN (Gurgaon). It depends on what the budget of your company is for hiring legal retainers; the charges may be INR 90,000 or more per month.

I am dealing with three top law firms that have command over Haryana. I suggest that you deal with law firms on a matter-to-matter basis rather than hiring on a monthly basis. Please email me for details of reasonable lawyers for Haryana.

I recommend that you buy a book on the local laws of Haryana and face the situation as it comes.
