We are planning on having a canteen for 1500 workers, 500 per shift (contact workers inclusive). Are there any canteen SOPs or design guidelines we can refer to while designing the same? Apart from this, we are also looking at change room design and laundry facilities for such huge numbers, so SOPs and design guidelines for those would also help. It would be great if you could send along with the SOPs the pictures of the facilities where these things are already in practice.
