Preparing for Bank of India HR Officer Exam: What Descriptive Questions Should I Expect?

Dear Seniors,

This August, I'm taking the recruitment exam for BANK OF INDIA for the position of HR & IR Officer (Scale II). This will be a descriptive type paper with 100 marks. It is my first time appearing for such an examination, although I have participated in many interviews in private companies.

I would like to inquire about the kind of questions I should prepare for, which require descriptive answers. If anyone has previously taken this exam, could you please share the basic pattern of the test?
