New Branch Office In Other State

our firm is doing trading business in Mumbai, firm is registered in Mumbai V
VAT / CST numbers are there, i wnated to start New branch office in rajasthan please TELL me what is the procedure to OPEN New BRANCH
- Should we apply for fresh registration in Rajasthan.
- Our VAT/ CST no will be changed or what?
