I did not quite understand the HR goal sheet, with the diffrent levels.

Ya i will be doing that...well level maeans processes...We have main KRA then based on that KPI of trigger points then processes...still i will fill it up nd let u knw soon.

The last attachment is of STM_Goal_Sheet...Can you clarify one point..under the head of objective, the first 3 criterias of financial, customer and internal perspective are not clear...will you please give an example..

Its related to KRA's means a employee has to take care of financial perspectives, customer & internal processes...the details like revenue generation, cost control, customer feedbacks, KPI's all will be there...in this...
