The last attachment is of STM_Goal_Sheet. Can you clarify one point? Under the heading of the objective, the first three criteria of financial, customer, and internal perspective are not clear. Could you please provide an example?

It's related to KRAs, which means an employee has to take care of financial perspectives, customer and internal processes. The details like revenue generation, cost control, customer feedback, KPIs, all will be there in this.

Dear All,

Thank you for the valuable information. Can anybody suggest to me how I can transition from placement/recruitment to core HR? I have over 4 years of work experience in placement and recruitment, and I believe now is the right time to make the switch to core HR. However, I am struggling to find opportunities. What should I do to make this transition happen miraculously?

It really seems to be a useful one. The performance PowerPoint presentation is really great and informative too. Could you also provide some insights on HR strategy/planning for the following categories:

2. FMCG
3. Telecom

Thank you for the attachments. It would be beneficial to have the forms filled in so that people can see what a KRA looks like. Similarly, in IT companies, project costing is tricky, and there is no standard template. I hope there will be contributors for this. Another area is productivity, where the business goal is to increase productivity, but operationally, no one knows how to calculate it for different departments. A template that has worked could be posted here for reference.
