How To Justify Switches In A Job From One Company To Another ???????????

Please advice me that how to justify switches from one company to another in a given time frame.

The most important thing when you justify any switch in job is not to mention anything wrong about your previous org as it will leave a bad impact on the interviewer. Secondly, analyze the amount of Gap if its for a month can be well justified by mentioning any personal issue or helth issue however if its a 6+ gap then its imp to analyze the reason why you left the organization - is it work environment, Planning, Strategies , and elaborate the area without being too reluctant on the negative area.

Further to Vasudha’s comments..there are a couple of reasons for a change as herein..

You are looking for challenges and need more responsibility. This has to be well justified and well thought out.

Seeking opportunities that just don't exist for you in your current role and potential options are limited.

Perhaps your life situation has changed as you got married or had a baby; hence you need to move on to better opportunities to support your family.

Whatever the reasons may be; it has to come from you with conviction rather than just mouthing it.

I do agree with Rajat's Comment... Coviction and logical reasoning is what matters. and further to that to avoid switches just check all the availaible options and go for the best one rather then taking a decision in hurry.
