Hello sir,

I'm working in a garment factory. We have about 300 employees working here, but they are only deducting PF for 100 members. The rest of the employees receive cash payments, and they have not received PF for the past year. If someone asks about this, they are terminated from the factory without any reason, and they do not receive any payment.

Please advise on what to do and where to complain about this.
