XLRI Satellite Program Interview HELP !!

hi, i am currrently working as asst manager in hr dept. i have 4 years of work ex. i have also done MMS in HR from Mumbai University. can anyone tell me if xlri satellite prog pgchrm is any diff from MMS course and if i should go for it? i want to do a course which will be a value add for me now to climb up the ladder.

I have applied for XLRI PGCHRM. Can you all pls let me know what questions can they ask as I have my interview next week and absolutely have no idea as to what do they ask and how should I prepare myself.
I have 3 years of work exp in HR [Recruitment and General]. I have done my Bachelors in Computer Science in 2004 and MBA – HR [Full Time] in 2006.

I just want to Share my experience with you people.
In interview the Profs- of XLRI focus on your futre palning depending on your present & past experiences...that's the only thing they are judging, how you express your plan & experience......
so gud luck Guys.....need any help can scrap...me..

I m about to get an interview call for PGCBM-XLRI(Batch-18). Im having 3.5years of experience in sales and Business Development.
Can u share ur exp's on interview questions and also any specific questions regarding computer knowledge? i m not well versed with so much of computers.I just know MS word, excel and PPT.

Hello friends,
I have appeared for the interview for PGCHRM last week. My interview happened through video conferencing with 2 professors from XLRI.
They asked me to introduce myself and elaborate on my current role.
The interviewers basically wanted to know about my personal achievements and then evaluate how important may this course be for me.
I'm still awaiting my results! Wish me luck :)

Good news I got the result and I've been selected!!
I'm looking forward to this course,however, would be glad if someone who has completed this course can share the experience during and after the same.
I'd also be interested to know the prospects of jobs after completion of PGCHRM. How much is this Certificate course valued in the industry?
