Understanding Salary Structure: Can Employers Deduct Their PF Contribution from Your Pay?

I am working as a Senior HR Executive, and I would like to know more about the salary structure. Could anyone provide me with this information?

I also have a question regarding whether an employer can deduct the employer's PF contribution from an employee's salary. Is it acceptable to include the employer's PF contribution as part of the CTC?

Please find the attached Excel sheet of CTC Breakup. The sheet has been updated along with formulas. If you just enter the gross salary, the sheet automatically produces the breakup and CTC calculation. If you need more clarification, please revert.
