How Do I Calculate TDS for My Start-Up? Seeking Guidance from Experienced Peers

I am working for a start-up company and would like to know how to do TDS calculation. In my earlier company, all the HR activities were outsourced, so I don't know how to do that. I know the procedure but have not actually done that.

Please help me in doing the TDS.

This TDS chapter is handled by accounts personnel. HR professionals do not deal with TDS.

Thank you for your reply, but the problem I am facing is that my boss does not understand the situation and wants me to handle it. Since I have not dealt with this before in my previous job, I am finding it difficult. However, I will now consult with the company's accounts department to assist with this issue.
