It's Good to see HR community in Qatar. Iam Sabareesh, completed MSW - HR from PSG (Coimbatore) and currently joined in company at Qatar as a Welfare Officer. I am new to the Qatar and my company have to starat the HR policies and procedure now. Can you please suggest me to what type of policies to be applicabel for construcation company?? what is the labour law for the same.
