What Are The Technical Skills Required To Become An IT Recruiter

I want know that US recruitment mean recruiting peoples from US or recruiting domestic candidates for US Companies or recruiting domestic candidates US shift timings.

Currently I am looking for job change in corporate companies.
Recently I attended in one MNC company interview for it recruiter position.
In interview interviewer asked some questions I was unable to tell answers him , please help me for these questions
1.how will you source profiles if you get niche skill set requirement which is not available in market.?
2. What are the challenges you faced in recruitment.?
3.how will you find out a fake candidate while you are sourcing genuine candidate profile?
4.what are the latest it technologies available in the market?
5.What are the latest trends in recruitment & selection process?
6. What is Headhunting? How it will do?
Please answer these questions ,it will help for next interview.
