I need your inputs on the following with respect to BPO Industry:
1) Trends in Loyalty Bonus
2) Salary increase trends (Percentage)

Hi frnd,
there is no such fix format for increament. That you hv to decide with ur company senior members abt how much revenu ur co. is getting and how much u can pay to employees.
and afterall they must have some idea about the increament.

I am aware that the Management has to decide how much increment will be. But what I am looking for is, the trend in BPO Industry of increment percentage. As the market has slowed down the companies are cutting down on increments as compared to previous years. I just want to know what percentage hike they are giving.
And for loyalty bonus I would like to know the general trend.

Loyalty Bonus:-
Those who have completed 2 yerars of continuous service can get 3% of annual gross salary.and evey year after that 2% of annual gross salary.you can also devise it for 1 year base on attrition.

that's what i want to say, there is no any such trend, its up to your company's policies about increament that what they decide is final for all.
and it can b diffrent for every company.
