Writing an HR Manual for the Hotel Industry: Any Tips or Resources to Share?

I work in the hotel industry in HR. Recently, I have been tasked with writing the standard manual for HR, which I find daunting as I know it takes a lot of time. Does anyone have something related that you think could help me in writing an HR manual outlining HR procedures, etc.?

That is great news. I don't have a problem with paying but would like to see the sample. I would also like to know how many manuals we can get and what the cost is, including the method of payment.
