Hello, I am Abhijnan, a trainer at Jettwings. Can anybody help me with the information on how many days are required to withdraw the PF amount, and what can be done if a company is not assisting in PF withdrawal?

You can apply only after two months from the date of leaving the organization, and then it takes one month to 40 days to get the clearance.

In case your company is not supporting, please take the withdrawal Form 19 from Regional Provident Fund Office, fill in the details, and submit it there. They will send the papers to the organization. However, this will take longer.
