Daily Reports For Recruiters In A Consultancy !! - XLS Download

Hi Friends,
Can anyone provide me a form or format for daily report of the work done by recruiters in a consultancy?? A similar kind of report made by marketing people called DSR ( Daily Sales Report).
Infact, I also want to know if anyone has this rule of giving reports in consultancies, or anybody who takes thiese reports. Anything which helps to check the daily work.

I can't pass judgement on all recruiting consultancies in INDIA.
I think there are 2 american subsidiaries who use such reports.
1.DAILY SUBMISSIONS REPORT.
which goes to the recruitment manager.
2.QUARTERLY KRA REPORT.
which is sent by the recruitment manager to the HO.

NAME OF THE PARTY VISITED

3.REQUIREMENT,IF ANY
[ eg. programmer ,with qualifications defined ]
4.PRIORITY
[ high / medium/ low ]
5.TARGET
[ how many eg two ]
6.DURATION
[time taken---say 4 hours ]
7.SUBMISSIONS
[yes or no ]
8.COMMENTS.

NOW THE RECRUITMENT MANAGER CAN CONSOLIDATE
THESE REPORTS INTO ONE WEEKLY FORMAT
