Hi, we are having such type of application forms, but we are not using a computer to read them even though they can be read by a computer. The printing can be done by anyone; however, you have to ensure that the computer understands and records the answers. Another way is to use the intranet to conduct online tests, wherein there will be no paperwork.

Thank you for your response. It is also a good idea to have an online test. However, I hope that such services are available in India at an affordable cost. Most of the bank exams and competitive exams are being conducted only in this way. I hope that probably someone else in our forum may be able to get me closer to this.
