Improved and latest Version 2 was released in 2001

It was not developed by Siemens, although Siemens is one of many organizations that have used the People CMM around the world.
These are the first and second versions of the People CMM - there is a second edition from 2009 that you can find in book form from Addison-Wesley or on the SEI website.
