You seem to be very educated and experienced. Could you please recommend/send me a few books/e-books/papers/websites on Training management and recruitment? Only these two topics. I am about to open my own company within a few months in the same field, most probably in Delhi. I am asking because I have a background in foreign languages but have been working in HR for 4 years. I have HR books, but they are all too lengthy and time-consuming.
