Business HR is a term commonly used in BPO's. This is the Employee Relations Division of HR. This is used as one needs to co-ordinate with employees working in different shifts and help them out with their HR needs. Business HR also normally work in shifts.
Business HR liason with the Compensation and Benefits team and the Recruitment team for all issues that employees may have regarding payroll, medical insurance, employee referrals, attendance, leave etc.
