Seeking Advice: What Short-Term HR Courses Would Boost My Career?

I have completed a Master's in Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Labour Law. I have been working for the past year and a half. Currently, I am a training and placement officer at an engineering college. I am interested in pursuing a short-term course related to HR, lasting about a year or two.

Please suggest any suitable programs.
