I am currently pursuing an MBA in HR and working on a project regarding the Quality of Work Life (QWL) in the banking sector. Can anyone provide me with insights on what should be covered under QWL and any literature that supports it? If anyone has a project on this topic, it would be greatly appreciated if you could share it with me.

Hi all,

I had a quick read of the project attached by Seema. Thanks to her. However, I did not find anything really worth connecting with Quality of Work Life (QoWL) in an organization (only a few bullet points). The listing of sources in the bibliography is very poor. That's not the fault of the student but the system.

Do not expect people to do the work for you. Do some literature survey (please see my posts on Research Methodology) to find out what QOWL is all about. Then prepare your research synopsis, if you have not done one, and send it to me. I will certainly help you.
