Seeking Creative Ideas for Teaching Team Management Through Role Plays and Games in Event Management

Hi everybody,

I will be teaching team management in an event management institute. The course I have drafted would include the following key points:

- Benefits of working in teams
- Types of teams
- Basics of team functioning (forming, level of authority)
- Event teams and functions of each

I would need help from the members in drafting some more points. And most importantly, I intend to teach all these through role plays and games. Please, can you suggest something?
