Who can help me? I am new to this webpage and would like information. Does anyone know the Paterson Grading system? Can anyone show me (literally show me) how this is generated, what each grade's "qualifications" are, and the salary attached to the grade?

My second question is... I am currently the HR/Health and Safety Officer, and I am sure that I am being tricked into believing that my grade should only be a B3 on the Paterson Grading Scale. I may not have a diploma in HR or Health and Safety, but I do have certificates showing distinctions in the different modules of the courses I did in becoming the HR officer.

Please assist me - somebody - anybody.
