Job Grabbers

Hi all
We can see tons and tons of Cvs being floating left and right. When there is an opportunity 100s of CVs are being uploaded or email IDs scribbled. But how many have you come across with a courteous email repy saying "Thanks my fellow CiteHR guy, I got this job because of you or your lead"............hmnnn....I havent come accross.
How about posting all such SUCCESS stories in this THREAD and let the world know the effectiveness of networking over this site.
I am sure, there would be NO such a person, after grabbing the offer letter would not 'care' to browse this site again ?
So come on folks, lets have some Testmonials................

Hi,
Am part of the this site since march 2008 and did not get an opportunity suitable to me, but once i had applied for an offer through this cite and after intervieweing did not like the offer lucrative but while going for interview, i had decided that once i get this job i would be thanking CiteHr for the same.

Olden days buzz word was make yourself more Employable - Now a days scdenario is changed. Work hard on making yourself "Traceable". People should hunt for you.

Good to see postings above..
Though i don't have any success story to share with Cite HR, all i can say is the response i got for the job posting i made was good..
So getting a job n making it a success story will depend on only one thing..
If the job seekers study the requirement, ensure that they are actually interested in the opening and then post their resume...rather than posting their profiles for each and every post, then i'm sure that we will surely have so many success stories..

Thanks for encouraging. You are correct when you say that one should not send CVs to all requirements irrespective of without reading the requriements etc.
This if made as an habbit will surely help the applicant get more prbability ration for clicking a deal with some employer.

Thanks for asking this.But only today I was thinking the same thing.I'll ask to seniors that there are lots of positions for freelancers & so on.I have replied to many these kin of mails that i would be interested & posted my mail id also.I have send mails from my personal mail id also.After this I have not receive any single reply.Being a recruiter they should have good reading skills also.If they are unable to give any reply then why are they continue keep postings.They are making only data.Why should anyone reply for job via Cite HR.
According to me Its a good site for knowledge transfer but not for job seekers.
