Thank you for the slides. Also, see postings on how to prepare slides so you can improve upon the presentation. Similarly, look at other slides on Performance Management available on this site, and you could enhance the content. The slides are better than what I used to do when I started teaching.
Thank you for your presentation; it's really good and knowledgeable. Could you please send me detailed information on 360-degree performance appraisals? I would like to learn more about the parameters and other aspects of PA.
There is still a lot more to improve in your PowerPoint slides. Try to make them more precise. People get frustrated if there is only theory. Add some questions, pictures, and examples to make it more effective and impressive. Also, consider reducing the number of slides.
