How Do You Organize Resumes Efficiently? Seeking Advice on MIS Techniques

This is Ashish, working at Markjobs as a Recruitment Consultant. I need help from all members. I receive numerous emails daily containing resumes from candidates, but I require a MIS format or technique through which I can organize these resumes into my own database. This will enable me to easily access resumes when closing positions more efficiently.

It's crucial for me to arrange these valuable resumes. I am eagerly seeking kind advice and suggestions from all members.
