Hi A person handling Employee Relations in an ITES/ BPO organisation would be some one handling the following responsibilities.1.Ensure policies provide for fair treatment of employees2.Key contributor to the design, and establishment of effective processes to manage employee aspirations and individual concerns, aligned to the business requirements and shared responsibilities/values of the company3.Drive enhancements in Talent Management Process and outcomes ; focus on critical positions and high potential talent4.Support training plans targeted to develop productive staff in the most cost effective way, recognizing short term and long term needs of the company – including business change and expansion initiatives.5.Investigate disciplinary matters.6.Be part of consensus decision, act as neutral party.7.Ensure that fair and consistent action is taken.8.Focal point on Onboarding processes (includes induction, antecedent checks, etc.), staff Records Management process, Confirmation and Separation/Settlement processes (includes Exit Interview intelligence gathering and mining)9.Handling the hiring activity for which involves sourcing specialized profiles, scheduling interviews, salary discussions and on-boarding.Key Responsibilities:EMPLOYEE RELATIONS TALENT MANAGEMENT DISCIPLINARY ISSUESADMINISTRATIVEIn short he / she would be a person handling an Hr generalist role.
