I am new to this website. Basically, we own a small BPO Company (International Call Center). We are into outbound selling processes. I would like to know what package and incentives should be provided to employees so that they can remain with the company and attract new talent. We want to understand the current market salary in Ahmedabad's BPO industry and what incentives could help us motivate the agents to achieve more sales.
