We are an IT firm. Kindly help me to understand how I can quantify the evaluation of the following KRAs, which are drawn for our Project Managers:
Expectations - Manage Customer expectations.
Estimation - Original estimate of required resources.
Attrition - Team Handling.
Technology - Up to date with technology and looks out for newer areas/ideas.
Creativity - Initiative to do creative work.
Monitor - Monitor weekly with reviews/status report.
Delivery - Think ahead of Customer and align customer expectations of our delivery schedule.
Project Management - Follow Project Management Procedures.
Variance - Kickoff, charter, detailed activity-wise MS Project Plan, project estimates without variance.
ISO - Follow ISO documentation.
Team Performance - Monitoring individual team members' progress with corrective action.
Written Communication - Write mail with key bullet points after every telecom/meeting/discussion with customers.
Change Request - Documents change requests w.r.t purchase order/FS in all phases of the project.
Negotiation - Negotiation Skills.
Presentation - Presentation Skills.
