Is Group Insurance with Natural Death Coverage Common in Companies Today? How Does Your Company Handle It?

I work for a semiconductor company. We have mediclaim and personal accident insurance in our company. However, the employees are very keen on having Group Insurance, where the coverage for natural death is also included.

Please advise if it's a common practice these days for companies to have this type of insurance.

There are a lot of vendors like TTK and FHPL who provide group medical coverage. You can ask your HR to get in touch with them and work out the formalities for group medical insurance for the employees.

I want a policy for corporates wherein pre-existing ailments as well as maternity benefits are covered right from day 1. Additionally, I need a policy where the insured amount is paid even in the case of normal death. We also have employees at the plant.
