Group Insurance Coverage For Employees

Hi all,
I work for a semi conductor company.We have mediclaim and Personal accident insurance in our company.
But the employees are very keen on having Group Insurance(where the coverage for natural death is also covered).
Please advisee if its a common practise these days by the companies to have it..

there are a lot of vendors like TTK, FHPL who provides group medical coverage. You can ask your HR to get in touch with these and work out on the formalities for Group Medical insurance for the employees.
