Format For TDS

Please help me out.
Is there any standard form in which emp can mention about the savings to be exempted from tax deduction such as HRA, insurance premium.
What is the procedure for all that.

You can type keywords 'TDS percentage FY: 2008-09', 'Income Tax' and Google search the pages from India. You have many links. It has tax % for Salary, Contractors, Rent, Dividend, Professional Services, Advertisement etc under Section 26J,C,K,M etc of IT Act.
The reason why I tell this is instead of waiting for someone to forward it, you can copy it and use it by that time.
