How Do I Create Effective Crisis Management Procedures for Natural Disasters in My Company?

I am pursuing an MBA in HR & Marketing with HR as my core subject. Currently, I am working on my summer project at one of the MNCs.

I need your help regarding Crisis/Disaster Management. I am required to write standard operating procedures for this. Crises may include natural calamities such as floods, earthquakes, or fires in the company. Please help me by providing some information on this.

It is most important to have an incident management plan which includes the communication plan, the disaster assessment team, the executive management team, and the disaster notification process.
