Monday morning is what I dislike. Also, my colleagues dislike it; in fact, most of us do! Don't you think so? The performance level and the zeal to do the work are high from Wednesday to Friday!
Going to work on Monday morning is like hell! What I have observed is that the level of performance in the organization and the zeal among employees is low on Monday. I would like to know if any of you have experienced or noticed the same among your employees and what actions have you taken to make Mondays no different from other days!
