Dear Lakshmi, It's a wonderful presentation on Customer Service. It's not only comprehensive but prepared very professionally. Do you mind telling me where you collected the material for this PPT? I have to prepare a similar presentation for in-house training. The subject area is CRM/customer service. I have searched online, but there is a lot of material available, which sort of leaves one doubting the credibility. I would really appreciate it if you or anyone on CiteHR could name some reliable websites for this purpose.
