Focus your topics on Attitude, Values, Communication, MNC Work Culture, Interpersonal Skills, Working in Teams, Business Etiquette, Work Ethics, Politics, Importance of Networking, Importance of Continuous Learning, Importance of Leadership, and Self-Management. Prepare slides with a brief introduction to all the above-mentioned topics and emphasize the importance of the topics to build a strong career path. Restrict your slides to 25 and not more than that. You can run this training for 3 hours with some kind of activities in between.
