Members are not allowed to delete posts - it would break the flow of the conversation and make it useless. Members can however get it edited to remove their personal information and turn the post anonymous.
You can write to [Login to view] and mention the url where your post appears.
If however, you want any of your post deleted for any sensitive issue - it can be allowed on a case-by-case basis.
