Hi, I have been working for the past 20+ years. However, my salary has not yet reached a level where I need to pay income tax. I do want to file returns for various reasons, at least for the last 3 years. Also, my FD bank has deducted TDS. Could you please advise me on how to proceed? Is using SARAL sufficient for my needs? Your help is greatly appreciated.

I have received the TDS Certificate (Form 16A) for the year 2009-10 from my employer. Now, I need to apply for the TDS return. I found the PDF files on this thread to be really helpful. Can I get those forms updated for this year?
