Dear Manas,

It's a wonderful job you have done. But I'll give you some suggestions. First, when the new person enters the office, he/she may feel nervous. So, you have already informed the security person about the new person starting the job on a specific date. The security person should then directly contact the HR person to notify them of the new employee's arrival. Additionally, you should mention the training and joining formalities. On the first day, remember to give the employee handbook to the new hire.
